DC Oktoberfest Weekend Celebration

OktoberfestDC’s Oktoberfest celebration concludes at the Wunder Garten in the NoMa. Highlights include traditional Bavarian musicians, games and activities, and, of course, plenty of beer!

Wunder Garten will sell a variety of Oktoberfest beers from Germany and regional breweries.

Party in the Garden

Race for Every Child

raceforeveryThe Children’s National Health System will host their 3rd annual Race for Every Child at Freedom Plaza. The community-oriented event raises funds to ensure that every child treated within the system can receive the same level of world-class service and expert care.

The event includes a USATF-certified 5K course for runners and walkers, Kids’ Dash for children ages 3 to 10, awards ceremony for top finishers, live entertainment, fitness activities, face painting, balloon art, food trucks, and more!

Taste of Georgetown

This foodie event takes place in the heart of Georgetown, on K Street NW, between Wisconsin Avenue and Thomas Jefferson Street and along the scenic Georgetown Waterfront.

Tickets are $5 for one tasting or $20 for five tastings (online presale only); Craft Beer and Wine Garden tickets are $4 for one tasting or $10 for three (also available day-of).
