Looking to be inspired? The Next Big Thing Talks are for people on the path to achieving their dreams. This experience serves as a platform to encourage, empower and refresh the way life is lived.

Friday’s guest feature is TV host, author and relationship expert Paul C Brunson who’ll share his personal journey and the obstacles he faced along the way. Post-discussion will lead into a mix and mingle scene, so be sure to stick around!

Who doesn’t love a good old school party? This Friday from 9:00pm – 2:00am, its going down at Malmaison. Dance the night away with JBC events and your favorite jams from the 80s and 90s.

Spin City Gogo

Helix Social is hosting its first Spin City Go-Go ride. This is a fresh and fun cardio workout that’ll help with those exploring cycling for the first time or those looking to take their ride in a new direction. 

Options include Flywheel Sports in Dupont Circle, Off Road Cycling in the U St. Corridor and Biker BARRE in Capitol Hill.

A portion of ticket sales will go to the Duke Ellington School of the Arts in NW, D.C.
