Brightest Young Things has called its favorite acts from the DC metro area to report to the Howard Theater this Saturday night. Each band or artist will play three of their best songs for what should make a spectacular night in DC music.
Featured artists include The Fatboiz (Jake Sinatra & Darren Hanible), Lightwaves, Shaboozey, M.I.L.F, Ayes Cold and more.
Stick around for the after party with DJ sets from Flash Frequency and Croosh Deets. There’s no dress code or age limit. Seating is first come, first served.

DC Beer Week Kickoff

DC Beer Week kicks off at Surburbia, the 1967 Airstream bar outside of Union Market. The event will feature 20 of the region’s top breweries, cideries, and meaderies to mark the beginning of the 7th Annual tradition. The daytime event will feature tastings, music from DJ-59, a ribbon cutting ceremony with a special guest who will also tap the first official keg of DCBW’s Solidarity Beer of 2015 and lots more.
