silentdiscoThe latest trend in music and dance parties has come to one of DC’s most lux locations: VIDA’s Penthouse Pool & Lounge on U Street.

At the Friday Silent Disco party, dance to three different music genres played by three DJs as you take in the summer air and gorgeous views with an open air dance floor!

Tickets are $20 online or at the door and include a pair of wireless headphones that light up to correspond to each playlist as you switch between the channels so you can easily tell what other attendees are dancing and listening to. In addition to a great evening of dancing, enjoy cocktails and bites from VIDA’s menu available for purchase.

Broga Riide: A Father’s Day Bike, Beers, and Yoga Trip

gripthematRiide, Grip The Mat, and Two Wheel Valet are teaming up for their first ever yoga social bike event celebrating Father’s Day.

Riiders should meet at Dupont Circle for the guided bike ride to Union Market at 12pm sharp! The ride will be 5 miles long at an easy pace and will obey all traffic signals. Helmets required. There will also be a trailer to tow yoga mats/bags.

Yogis who prefer not to join the Riide should arrive at Dock5 at 1pm for an hour of mixed-level, feel-good, yoga. To reward all your hard work, enjoy our beer bar from 2:30pm – 4:00pm. And don’t worry, there will be snacks too.
