ZooLights

zoolightsWho says you can’t visit the zoo in the winter? Not us! This weekend, visit ZooLights, the National Zoo’s annual free holiday event. Visitors can expect to see over 500,000 environmentally friendly LED lights throughout the Zoo — draping trees and creating larger than life animal illuminations. Food will be available for purchase, plus $3 train rides and tubing.

Zoolights runs from Nov. 28 – Jan. 1 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm every night (except Dec. 24, 25, 31). Admission is free and this event is appropriate for all ages. Get more info HERE.
